These ‘Customized Bags’ are made as per the requirement/specification of the clients in different

These bags are broadly of three different types – Stitching,
Welding and Wired Bags.
- These bags are manufactured mainly on Welding Machines.
- Some specific bags also need stitching process for completion
- Handles are also provided wherever required
- Binding material like Snap Button, Velcro, Self Adhesive Tape, Permanent Tape are used at the opening of these Bags
- Book fold Bags for Curtains, Cushion Covers, Napkins etc are covered in these types
- These bags are manufactured mainly on Sewing Machines
- In these bags, there is minimum work of Welding process generally used only for fixing Pockets.
- It is being provided with Zipper at the opening of the bag.
- Zippers of various colors & patterns are used as per the requirement of the Clients.
- The types of PVC used are also of different kinds based on the product.
- Mainly used for packing of Home Furnishings products.
- Wired Bags are made of PVC along with Metal Wire at the edges, borders for more Strength.
- These Metal wires are covered with special PVC or coating/insulation.
- Stitching process is involved in a broad means for producing such bags.
- Here the openings of these bags are mainly zippers.
- Industry producing Bed-Spread, Quilts, Blankets, Comforters, Duvets Covers uses such bags for packing their products.
- The Suit cover / Sherwani cover is used in day to day life by everyone.
- This cover is made from Non-woven material and it is available in different sizes.
- Special imported PVC is used for windows & label holders on it.
- The Suit/Sherwani cover is of different styles and patterns viz- Full Length, Folding etc.
